What is your shipping policy?
- We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours however, orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays.
- Any order over $100 that is shipping to a US address is eligible for free shipping using a courier of our choice.
- It will typically take 3-7 business days for your package to arrive once processed depending on geographical location.
- During promotional deals we are not able to offer expedited shipping. Shipping will typically take 3 to 7 business days.

All orders are shipped from Miami, FL.
How will my order ship?
Most products ship via FedEx, or USPS ground.
How can I track delivery of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
To track your order, simply click the link and you will be redirected to either the UPS, FedEx, or USPS website depending on who shipped your product. You can also track your order in your order history on our website.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally however, international shipping rates will apply. Additionally, some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related customs fees. These costs are not covered in the payment you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. Will ordering more than one item extend or effect my fulfillment time?
We typically have all items in stock however, should an item be out of stock, it will be placed on a back-order and all other items will ship immediately. Items on back-orders will ship for free once back in stock.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
During promotional deals we are not able to offer expedited shipping. Shipping will typically take 3 to 7 business days.
